CANCELLATION: If an exhibitor cancels a booth space contract priorto 6 months prior to the event start date all fees paid (less a 50% cancellation fee) will be returned. If an exhibitor rents a booth, pays in full, but does not attend the conference, there will be no refund of the booth rental fee. In addition, cancellation of a booth after 6 months prior to the event start date will result in a full forfeiture of fees.ALL COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES ATTENDING MUST BE REGISTERED FOR THE CONFERENCE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
