Several people are visiting Napa for the first time this year, so we've put together an afternoon experience that hopefully will leave you all with some memories.

Below you will find 18 different sign-up options to choose from.

Some of the vineyards are entry level, some are a little more advanced.

Understand that your registration fee below covers not just your tasting fee and transportation, but all the hard work behind the scenes to organize 18 vehicles and 30+ wineries :). Thank you Woody!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

LOGISTICS

  1. What's included in the tour price? - See above.
  2. Are wine tasting fees included? - Yes
  3. Is gratuity at the vineyard included? - No - please tip your hosts.
  4. How long does the experience last? - Vans/Buses will leave at 12:30pm and will return before 5:30pm.
  5. How many wineries will we visit? - Each experience includes tastings at 2 vineyards.
  6. Is gratuity included for my driver? - Yes, however, if you're driver is awesome, I'm sure a small tip will go a long way.

GROUP EXPERIENCE & DETAILS

  1. What is the group size? - Each sprinter van will have 14 passengers, buses will have 26.
  2. Is lunch included? - Yes, your lunch will be pre-ordered above and delivered to your assigned vehicle.
  3. Can you bring your own snacks/drinks? - Yes, no alcohol.
  4. What should we wear? - Casual, some experiences will take you out into the vineyard, sandals are discouraged.

WINE TASTING AND PURCHASING

  1. Do we have to pay for tastings at the vineyard? - No, tasting fees are included in your registration fee.
  2. Can I purchase wine at the vineyards? - Yes,  however, it is highly encouraged to not bring the wine back with you, have it shipped home from the vineyard.

I SCREWED UP MY BOOKING OR WANT TO CHANGE IT :)

  1. Can I switch vans? - We will allow switching 30 days after registration has opened. 
  2. Can I request to be with friends? No - registration is first come first serve. You can register all your friends at once, or be sure to be at your computer when registration opens.
  3. What if my spouse didn't sign up yet? Then buy them a spot and you can offer that spot to someone else if they missed their chance to sign up. Please leave BABT out of that transaction.
  4. What happens if I'm late for the van and I get left behind? You're out of luck - catch an Uber to the first Vineyard.
  5. What if I don't drink wine/alcohol?  Don't sign up :).

Each sandwich includes: Leaf lettuce, tomato, pickles, and onions unless otherwise noted. Condiments will be on the side.

Attendee Information

For this to work at the prices we've provided:

Each van needs a minimum of 12 people.

Each bus will need a minimum of 20 people.

If a van/bus falls below the these levels, we will need to move people to other experiences in order to fill vans/buses.

There will be no additional charges if this happens.

There are no refunds or cancellations for the Wine Tasting Experience. Each transport requires 14 & 26 people in order for the cost to stay in place.

If you are unable to attend and cancel, and someone takes your spot from the waitlist, we will refund your registration fee minus a 25% administrative fee.

If you have to cancel attending all of BABT together, we will refund your Wine Tasting Experience minus a 25% administrative fee.

This fee covers having to change out nametags, lunch order and the paperwork.
