Set up for the exhibit hall will be Thursday, September 18th from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm.
All exhibitors must be set up by 3:00pm on Thursday, September 18th, 2024.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONSAll requests for refunds and cancellations of exhibit fees and sponsorships must be made in writing to Bourbon & Baby Teeth before: March 31st, 2025.If an exhibitor rents a booth, pays in full, but does not attend the conference, there will be no refund of the booth rental fee.REPRESENTATIVE FEESThe sponsorship fee for each booth includes conference registrations for the designated company representatives. Additional conference registrations can be purchased at a fee of $750 per person. ALL COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES ATTENDING MUST BE REGISTERED FOR THE CONFERENCE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
